Bagra attends international food processing fair in Germany

ITANAGAR, OCT 9:

State s industries minister Tumke Bagra attended the Mega international Food Processing Fair and technology show in Cologne Germany from 5-9 October. The Minister marketed Arunachal s rich untapped food industry at the food fair.

During business-to-business discussion with Indian delegates and European nations, Bagra beautifully portrayed Arunachal Pradesh as an unexplored food industries destination. He said that all Agro Horticulture produces in the state of Arunachal Pradesh are organic in nature, which was highly lauded by the audience.

He further stated that under the dynamic leadership of Chief Minister Pema Khandu, state is gaining positive momentum in farm economy.

Department of Industries, Govt of Arunachal Pradesh is contemplating to introduce very lucrative industry policy which would accommodate best to suit basis to lure investors, Bagra emphatically said.

The Minister was honoured by Chairman of Indian delegation organising team Ashwani Pandey, MD of Koelnmesse, Mumbai to inaugurate 125 number of Indian stalls or pavilion yesterday. 110 countries are participating in the Fair.

Leading food producing industry of India like Haldiram, Spice Board of India, Cashew Export Promotion Council, India Trade Promotion Organization, Indian Chamber of Commerce etc. participated in the fair while All European countries are participating.

This Fair is considered to be highly visited by serious trade visitors worldwide. World exporter union enthusiastically wait this fair.

Bagra visited more than 50 Indian and foreign stalls.

Bagra was accompanied by Habung Donyi Director Industry and Geto Ori, OSD to HMI during the foreign tour.
