Training held for DEOs, ROs and AROs

ITANAGAR, MAY 15:

One day training on counting of votes for District Electoral Officers (DEOs), Returning Officers (ROs) and Assistant Returning Officers (AROs) was held at Administrative Staff College at Khanapatra in Guwahati on Monday.

The officers were trained on EVM counting, electric transmission and postal ballot system by experts and other master trainers.

Around 20 DEOs, ROs, AROs and election officers of Nirvachan Bhawan from Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur and Tripura attended the training programme.

The counting of votes of will take place on May 23.
